Question : Hello Doctor
From few days due to gastric or due to sedentary life style my fren told she getsâ pain in lower back bone horizontally.
on pressing lower back bone, after gas releases (flatulence )she told she becomes normal and she is shy to consult doctor for this .. is this a disease? I can't see her suffering during that time
what you suggest her?

Thanks for posting your query.
I am Dr.R.K and I am pleased to assist you..

She is having increased flatulence.
Some amount of flatulence can be considered normal.
But increased frequency and foul smelling flatus could be due to infection or improper digestion.
Stool test may be done to rule out infection.
For relief she can take Gasofilm ( Simethicone) , Gut Renew (probiotics) and Digestal (digestive enzymes ).
