Question : hi,I have lower back pain ,more like the pain streches thru left to right, a little head ache too... I am guessing it might be coz of gas..coz it doesn seem like bone pain.. plz suggest me the medication if possible..

Your symptoms could be related to hormonal imbalance secondary to abnormality in uterine tract or ovary.

I advise you to get an ultrasound abdomen to rule out the above.

Meanwhile take Tab.pantop 40 mg once daily before breakfast and Tab.Meftal spas twice daily for 5 days.
