Brief Answer:
It could be muscle pain or early arthritic changes.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Welcome to health care magic,

Here,i would like to ask you few questions which might useful for me to help you better.

Is this pain throbbing in nature or some other type?Does it reduce with rest ?
Are you taking any medicines?Do you any history of disease?

It looks from your details that your pain at hip is aggravates with while slight movement. You are mildly overweight and here there is no history of any injury.

Looking at these details & your age, you can most probably have muscle pain or arthritis of hip, this can be a early stage. By bearing weight on affected hip, you expose mildly damaged cartilage to pressure & this leads to pain.

You can go for X-ray of the hips to rule out fracture or inflammatory changes.

You should do following to have relief in this-

1.Try to decrease your weight more. You should be near 60 kg.

2.Take a stick in your opposite hand. This will help to distribute weight to your legs as well as your upper limb,in this way decreases pressure over affected hip.

3.Take a mild analgesic for relief.

4.Start taking supplements for your joint like glucosamine with chondroitin sulfate.

If still problem persists then you need to do further scan of hips by the advice of orthopaedic doctor.
