Brief Answer:
Yes, you can use an enema if you are able to administer.

Detailed Answer:
Hello and welcome,

Yes, if you are able to administer it yourself, you can give yourself an enema such as Fleets. You may need two. However, if this is unsuccessful, then it is time to go in to have a health care professional help you.

I hope you are feeling better soon!
