Brief Answer:
Take treatment as advised

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
I have gone through your question and understand your concern.
Low back pain at this age may be due to muscular spasm or disc prolapse.
Is there any history of lifting heavy objects, trauma?
Any radiation of pain into back?
Any other illness?
You can take pain killers with muscle relaxant like aceclofenac or diclofenac with tizanidine or thiocholchicoside.
Opioid like Tapentadol can also be used.
Neuropathic pain modulator drugs like pregabalin or amitriptyline or gabapentin can be added.
Local pain reliever ointment can also be taken.
Avoid stooping forward, sitting crossed leg position.
Physiotherapy can be started once the pain is relieved.
Hope you found the answer helpful.
