Could it be from harniatet disc in my lower back or hernia in the lower obdomen?

Brief Answer:
Pain most probably due to herniated disc...
Detailed Answer:
Hi back my dear,
I have just received your query and I am here to help.
1. Lactose intolerance is determined through fecal tests. However, if you are still having pain although the limiting lactose foods, then should look for other causes.
2. You are saying that the pain you are having pain while bending. You are also saying to have herniated disc on lower back, this explains your pain. So, to me , you are not having problems with GI tract but with your lower back. The bulging hernia is putting pressure on the nearby nerves, giving pain.
Potent pain killers are necessary, possibly injection for few days, together with muscle relaxant.
Consult further with neurologist to evaluate lower back.If no xray so far, please run x-ray of spinal cord lumbar and sacral section.
Hope it helps.
