Suggest Treatment For Lower Right Abdominal And Chest Pain
Question: Hello,
I have been ill for six months now and the doctors cant seem to figure it out.
My symptom history as follows:
- One night just before Christmas I became suddenly very ill with severe stomach pain, nausea, sharp pain
under my right rib cage radiating to my lower back, and very week. After going to the ER they sent me home
with a diagnosis of gastritis.
- For about a month after this I was very ill all the time with extreme cold chills and stomach pain and nausea.
- An endoscopy was normal and recently I had a colonoscopy and another endoscopy which both were normal.
- A CT scan came back normal
- After my colonoscopy I began feeling a sharp pain in my right lower abdomen where my appendix is located
-This pain would come and go during the last six months but is now all the time.
- My doctor prescribed Ciprofloxacin thinking it could be possible to have an infection or Chronic Appendicitis.
- After taking the meds for about five days I noticed much of the pain and symptoms improved greatly.
-I'm now done with the antibiotic for 5 days and my symptoms are slowly returning . Pain in the lower right abdominal area, cold hands and feet, temperature below normal by as much as 4 or 5 degrees, and even symptoms of vagus nerve issues like chest pains and a constant BURNING on the brain sensation.

He lived in Calcutta and was in command of a unit of Gurkha soldiers.
He said best soldiers in the world and best doctors too.
I will see if I can provide test you need to complete diagnosis.
As for know, should I be concerned about a sepsis infection considering the area
in which I have the pain and the cold chills and the fact that antibiotics did have a positive effect on my condition.
