Question : I have a large internal lump above my rectum

                                    Brief Answer:
possible perianal abscess
Detailed Answer:
Hi and welcome.
If this is painful and red then it may indicate perianal abscess or inlammed pylonidal sinus. Both these lesions require surgical incision and drainage and rarely it can be treated by antibiotics. If this is not painful then it may be lipoma and in this case it doesnt require emergent therapy. Wish you good health. Regards

Detailed Answer:
Hi and welcome.
You should see a proctologist since this may be abscess that should be treated.Till that try to put some samoint of warm salty water and have so called sitz baths. it means sitting in this water for 20 minutes and it will cause anal sfincter relaxation and reduce the pain
