Suggest Treatment For Lump Behind The Ears

Question : My daughter have lumps behind her both the ears. It is there since she pierced her ears and started using earrings for last 3 years. The lumps are around 4mm diameter.
Please suggest?

Swollen lymph nodes behind ears can be of various reasons like tonsillitis,pharyngitis,ear infection,chest infection etc.
Do consult a pediatrician and get her examined clinically.
Untill unless clinical examination is done it can't be diagnosed.

the lump is in the earlobe and it started only after ear piercing.

do you still think its because of tonsillitis,pharyngitis,ear infection,chest infection ?
