Brief Answer:
Needs a surgeon

Detailed Answer:
Hi
I am Dr Mittal.
I have read your query.
I think I can help you.
You will need a surgery, and therefore you will need to meet a surgeon.
However, I suggest waiting a few days.
But if there is bleeding or a constipation, or pain, do not wait any longer.
Ideally I would like to see the extent of protrusion.
But I am not sure how you can do that.
Anyways, you will need to meet a surgeon.
Best of luck.
