Question: i have a lump perturbing from my anus after having anal sex. what type of doctor do i need to see or will it go away by itself

However, I suggest waiting a few days.
But if there is bleeding or a constipation, or pain, do not wait any longer.
Ideally I would like to see the extent of protrusion.
But I am not sure how you can do that.

it is painful, about the size of a XXXXXXX but it is not bleeding

meanwhile try stool softeners like isapghulla husk.
also take high amount of fluids and high fiber diet.
