Question : I keep getting lump like pimples in my armpits. The are painless. When squeezed a white powder like pus comes out. These bumps are on both armpits and after many months have not gone away. What could this be?

As per your description, it looks like Hiddradenitis suppurativa. Please upload a photo of the lumps so that I am better able to help.

I prescribe Antibiotic like Clindamycin capsule along with anti inflammatory tablet to my patients with similar complaints. I prescribe this treatment for 3 months.If recurrence is reported,I will excise the affected area surgically.
These lesions occur where there are sweat glands.
Please consult a surgeon,get examined clinically and proceed accordingly.
Recetly,Laser therapy has been found useful.
