Question : Hi, I have a lump on the left side of my clitoris under the skin, like possibly a swollen gland. It moves when I touch it and it's not painful. I just noticed today so I'm unsure how long it's been there.

This sounds like an infection of hair follicle forming a cyst. I suggest you wait for 2 weeks to see if reduces. If it does not reduce , please see your doctor.
