Suggest Treatment For Lump On Penile Shaft
Question: i have a huge lump on my penile shaft its hard when u grab it it have gotten bigger i have no idea what it is i tried squeezing it some white stuff came out and then i squeezed it more the next two days hard white stuff came out of it it has only gotten bigger its been like 3 weeks now i have this lump its not going away i also have things on my penis i have mutiple pictures to show you i dont think its std im 20 years old i have been checked for std its negative

I have gone through your query and I have understood it.
Though i could nt see the lump very clearly in the images that you have posted but this seems like a Sebaceous Cyst to me. Sebaceous cysts are better felt than seen.
Sebaceous cysts are asymptomatic, vary in size and are filled with thick white or creamy, foul smelling, semisolid cheesy material which can be expressed out from a small opening (punctum) on squeezing.
The cyst may feel as if it is gone after its contents are squeezed out but the cyst will usually gradually refill unless the lining wall of sebaceous cyst is also removed. The new material that re-accumulates is secreted by sebaceous glands its wall.
Therefore definitive treatment of a sebaceous cyst is by a minor surgical procedure wherein the lining cyst wall is also removed long with the cyst. This would prevent it from reforming.
