Question : This is the first time I have ever used a service like this.

I have a small pinhead sized bump on the tip of my penis, slightly left of my urethra. It appeared a few years ago and has never been irritable or caused any sort of real discomfort. It doesn't itch, and only occasionally can I really even perceive its presence without looking at it. When erect, it is slightly raised from the skin with a whitish color. When flaccid it is less pronounced and more reddish. I don't believe it is any sort of std because I haven't been sexual active in the past few years, but from everything I read it doesn't fit the description of anything really.

I speculate that it could be due to aggressive masturbation, but I would really like a professionals opinion.

Brief Answer:
Photograph required

Detailed Answer:
Hello

Thanks for the query.

Based on your description, I feel it could be "Fordyce spot", an enlarged sebaceous gland. However before we get into the details of it, I would like to view pictures of spot. Can you please upload a photograph of the involved area, it will help me in giving a closer diagnosis. There is an option to upload pictures and reports on the right side of this page. Please utilize it.

Also let me know if you have any other doubt.

Thank you

Hello Dr. XXXXXXX

I have uploaded three photos: two of the erect penis head and one of the flaccid penis head.

Hopefully this is the imagery you need to identify my spot.

Thanks,
