Brief Answer:
It could be Epididymal Cyst(Spermatocele).

Detailed Answer:
Hello
Thanks for your query, based on the facts that you have posted it appears that you have a painless lump on your testicle since a long time.

Mostly it is likely to be an Epididymal Cyst (Spermatocele) However it needs to get it confirmed by clinical examination by a qualified Urologist and Ultrasound Scanning of the scrotum.

Spermatocele is a benign cyst and does not need any treatment unless it increases in size , gets infected or becomes painful.

Hope I have answered your query ,please feel free to ask if you have more questions ,I shall be happy to help you
Thanks and Regards.
