Question : hi, I have a lump on my penis shaft, just a bit below the head. it doesn't hurt and its movable, Ive had it for a while and it disappears occasionally. I am a virgin so I don't think its a std. It doesn't hurt when I squeeze it. but some times it appears during an erection and then sometimes after.

Brief Answer:
Need to see the lesion.

Detailed Answer:
Good Day and thank you for being with Healthcare Magic!

Does it increase in size from the first time you noticed it? There a lot of conditions that would fit the penile lesion you have described and it would help if you could upload an image so I can assess it better.

Most probably what you have is a benign condition like a lipoma or a skin nodule that would not cause any symptoms or problem. But to be very sure and confirm it's nature, an excision biopsy is also possible.

I hope I have succeeded in providing the information you were looking for. Please feel free to write back to me for any further clarifications at: http://www.HealthcareMagic.com/doctors/dr-manuel-c-see-iv/66014 I would gladly help you. Best wishes
