Question : Hi. I was lifting ketttlebells over Christmas but stopped about 1 month ago. About 2 weeks ago I noticed a lump protruding from my right shoulder at the front. Doc says probably just fluid or injury. Any ideas?

Brief Answer:
Ultrasound should be done.

Detailed Answer:
Hello.

Thank you for the query.

As this lump has appeared due to some kind of physical activity, a cyst from the joint seems most probable. Its a kind of herniation coming from the joint filled with clear fluid.
I suggest you to have an ultrasound of this area. It should diagnose it. If its a cyst, can be removed.

Hope this helps. Feel free to ask further questions.
Regards.
