Question : I was doing a "booty bump" (meth dissolved in water), and some trickled down on my clitoris. It stung, and I immediately flushed it with water and wiped with a Cottonelle wet wipe. About 10 minutes later, I noticed a large lump right on my clitoris (it still burned a little, even when not touched). Is this just swelling from irritation, or should I be more concerned?

In my opinion you are having inflammation.

I would directly come to treatment options because its a fragile area of body you are talking about.

1)Please take burfen or tylenol 500mg

2) take an antihistamine like citerizine 10mg

3) Apply hydrocortisone 0.1% cream if you can get.

4) Go to some E.R if you can and get a steroid shot if they think you should.

Don't panic but yes you should be concerned. Meth sores are sometimes bad ans lasting.
