                                    Brief Answer:
need more information
Detailed Answer:
Hi, thanks for using HCM. I went through the query and understood your concern.
Hard lump below waist line is most commonly due to lymphnode enlargement. This may be secondarily to any infection in lower limb or in genital organs or in STD. The other causes are local infection to glands or very rarely cancer. At your age cancer is highly unconmon.
So I want more information on the lump.
1. Size, border, number, consistency, mobility, adherent to skin or underlying tissue.
2. Is there any local infection or wound in lower limb or in genitalia.
These information will help in diagnosing the problem.
I will be waiting for your reply.
Wish you good health.
Regards

                                    Brief Answer:
investigations required. upload a photo of swellin
Detailed Answer:
Hi, thanks for writing back.
With the explanation the lump does not seems to be like lymphadenopathy.
Since you are suffering from hemorrhoids with pain abdomen and also pilonidol sinus it is better to confirm the diagnosis with colonoscopy and an USG of lump with abdomen and pelvis. If you are affordable then get one CT scan. This will help us in correct diagnosis.
Also kindly upload a good quality photo of it. If the swelling is hard and immobile then FNAC is required. Since there is no features of any infection or inflammation and is in rare site proper examination with investigations are required for its diagnosis.
So get investigated for it and also upload a photo of swelling.
I hope this information helps you.

                                    Brief Answer:
needs investigation for diagnosis
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Since its not visible, scanning will help us in diagnosing the problem.
It may be even fibrosis. Do you have any history of intramuscular injection or any wound at that site. If so the chance of fibrosis is more. If no such history the best option is to get investigated as explained before.
Based on scaning report the next line of management can be decided.
I hope this information helps you.
Feel free to discuss if any further queries.
Wish you good health and faster recovery.
