Question : Hi doc
I have a lump under my thigh near my anus at the leg joint I have had mri and they can't see anything on the MRI I have been complaining about it fr three years and t is getting worse
It feel like a testical low between my legs but I cannot fell the lump externally

Hi
As per your description, you have a Lump in relation to Testis.
It could a simple Sebaceous cyst or Lipoma etc.
Please send the pic pointing the location of the lump with your finger.

I will go with Ultrasound of the scrotum and FNAC ( FINE NEEDLE ASPIRATION CYTOLOGY ) of the swelling .Depending upon the reports, we can conclude.
