Question : I have a small hard lump with a hole in it after what I believe was a cyst on the underside shaft of my penis. How can I treat this? And will tea tree oil work? I've been too embarrassed to go to a Dr.

Hello
Thanks for the query.
Probably you have developed sebaceous cyst.

                                    Brief Answer:
Sebaceous cyst
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for the photograph.
It is looking like sebaceous cyst.
It needs to be removed with a minor surgery.
Tea tree oil might not be helpful.
You can try a topical antibiotic cream like Mupirocine twice daily for a week.
This might give you symptomatic relief, but the surgical intervention may be required for complete healing.
Let me know if you have any other doubts.
Thank you.
