Brief Answer:
It is probably a lymph node swelling. See your Doctor.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
The lumps are most likely Lymph node swellings.
However, it is very difficult to say without examining you.
I suggest you see your GP or a surgeon who can examine you and advice you accordingly.
It could be some low grade infection in the limb which could be causing it.
You would probably need a course of antibiotics and anti inflammatory medications for a week for the condition to resolve.
Do not worry.
You are fine and it will be alright soon.
