My thoughts as per the history your have provided:
- If the lumps are smooth, non-tender, freely XXXXXXX and of various sizes, these are most probably lipomas. These are benign and do not recur after surgery.
- Nerofibromatosis is a very rare disease and presents itself differently.
Since you have been examined and may be investigated, please tell me the diagnosis that was told to you. If not, get a proper diagnosis so that we can discuss further.
