Question : Hi i found 2 lumps one near my tailbone one above it and this morning i found another just below the tailbone. Im in immense pain i havent hurt myself and the 2 lumps have been there for a very long time

Going by description of location and symptoms following two possibilities needs to be considered
1. Furuncle : Inflammation and infection of hair follicle
2. Pilonidal Sinus Cyst
Exact diagnosis will however depend on thorough clinical examination. providing clinical photograph will be helpful. I would suggest you to send me clinical photograph.
In the meantime i would suggest you the following
1. Analgesic like Ibuprofen will provide much needed relief
2. hot Seitz bath : Immerse your bottom in tub of lukewarm to bearable hot water . Exposure for 10-15 minutes each session 3- 4 times a day will help reduce pain and inflammation
3. Antibiotics oral and local can be applied after clinical assessment

Hi doc the doctor thought it was arthritis. But like i said the lumps are becoming extremely painful.
Im yet to have xray and bath does not help at all and nor does anti inflammatories
