Question : i have type 2 dieabeaties and my right foot on the bottom feels like i have some thing in my shoe or sock when there is not. i can not feel any lumps in there but when i walk on it feels like a lump.

I have read your query.

Symptoms you are explaining points towards developing diabetic foot, I.e stocking and glove peripheral neuropathy.

You must get fasting blood sugar levels checked and send me the report.

Definitely your fasting sugar levels are above normal that is why nerves of your foot are damaged.

Never go out side barefoot.
