Posted on Sat, 10 Dec 2016
Question: Hi,

I have earlier asked here about neck lymph node (on left side)for my wife. it was in the month of March 2016. The lymph node was gone within a month, after that doctor suggested for hematology test. and in that Iron was less, so FAa 20 was suggested for 3 months, but my wife had started with pain between neck and shoulder to front side. also she is complaining for leg pain,Doctor suggested to check Vitamin d3 and it was low.so Vitamin d3 tablet was suggested for 10 weeks. but leg pain was still there, so Vitamin d3 doctor suggested to take every month. and calcimax forte is given for 3 months, one month tablet is going to be completed.B it her leg pain is not going, if she stops taking medicine, she feels leg pain.she gets leg pain below knee, when she walks for some distance.I hope you can get the earlier report from my earlier discussion. Please suggest.

Brief Answer:
Vitamin E advised

Detailed Answer:
Hello dear, thanks for trusting health care magic.
I have seen the previous discussion and present complaints.
In my opinion she should go for a daily walk and along with calcium and vitamin D take vitamin E capsules daily.
But it will take a month for the response to be evident.
In the meanwhile take painkillers three times a day for 3 days and see if that helps.

Detailed Answer:
As I advised earlier I would like to give her painkillers for the time being and then take vitamin E capsules daily and vitamin D3 weekly for further long term relief.
She needs to start sime regular walk or exercise routine too.

Hi Dr,

She is taking regularly calcimax forte. the pain happens below knee when she walks some distance and it is bearable so she is not taking pain killer. she had one problem also with this. she is getting too much hair fall from past two months. its like if she hovers her hand on the hair some hair will come easily on her hand. Detailed Answer:
I hope vitamin E and D will help her in knee pain.
For hair fall she should take a lot of protein in the firm of soyabean, paneer, pulses and egg if possible.
Take walnuts, almonds and milk daily along with lots of water.
Vitamin E will also help.
Take care
