Brief Answer:
Exclude infection, check fever and do a complete blood count.

Detailed Answer:
Hi and thanks for the query,

It is important to get this checked by the doctor. It is important to know if there is any redness there or not, and also to check your temperature. Excluding an existing infection as such is of utmost importance. Erysepela, a skin infection could also present as such and will require antibiotics. It is important to know if this has been going on for a long time or if it is of acute onset. If this has been going on for quite some time, it might important to check and exclude any mass that could be compressing the lymphatic system return. Parasitic infections like Wucheriria could also present as such.

Taking your temperature and doing a complete blood count to exclude an infection is urgent, as some of these infections do spread rapidly.

I suggest you consult your primary are physician or ER doctor if possible.

Thanks and kind regards. Please, do feel free asking any follow up questions in case of any specific needs.
