Question : Dear Sir,

I have diagnosed with menier's disease. I have ringing sound in the right ear also. Please advise the treatment, which can cure 100%.

Suddenly I feel spinning sensation in head.

I have gone through your query and medicines. For your kind information, meniere`s disease has triad of three symptoms tinnitus, vertigo and sensorineural hearing loss. Treatment of this disease may be medical and surgical depends on the severity of the symptoms.

You are on the correct medications. If symptoms are improving, then go ahead with the same treatment; otherwise go for the intratympanic medications.

Surgery is the last option for this disease.
