Brief Answer:
Consider degenerative spine disease.

Detailed Answer:
Hello and thanks for using HealthcareMagic.

I have read your question and understand your concerns.

Fibromyalgia may cause pain in back too, besides of other regions of the body.

However, herniated disc disease, spondylolysthesis, degenerative discs disease are all conditions that may manifest in their first stages with low back pain only.

Imaging studies such X-rays and MRI of your lumbar spine and medical examination are necessary to understand better your condition.

If degenerative spine disease is confirmed, treatment with NSAIDs drugs and physical therapy may be necessary.

Please discuss with your Doctor about these issues.

Hope you found the answer helpful.

Let me know if I can assist you further.

Greetings.

Brief Answer:
A correct diagnosis is necessary.

Detailed Answer:
Welcome back.

Pain along the spine may be related to paraspinal muscles fatigue, spasms.

Degerative spine disease may affect several spinal levels.

In my opinion, an evaluation about spinal degerative disease and treatment with antineuralgic drugs, physical therapy, are necessary.

Hope I helped you.

Take care.
