Question: My wife left earhole is hurting inside the left side of her throat is hurting and left gum is hurting. No other symptom present no meds or internal disease. She is 25 yrs old.

I appreciate your concern for your beloved wife.

I have gone through the problems described in your query, I am of the opinion she is having some sort of middle ear infection.

You can relieve her pain and a high temperature by using NSAID painkillers such as paracetamol and ibuprofen.
But for proper examination and a course of appropriate antibiotics ( Like Augmentine or Azithromycin for 10-14 days) she needs to be examined properly by an ENT surgeon.
