Brief Answer:
Depends on the history of your headaches

Detailed Answer:
Thank you for calling on Healthcaremagic for your healthcare needs.

To answer your first question about whether or not your headaches and fatigue are secondary to your head blow it is certainly possible and if so would be part of what we refer to as a post-concussive syndrome. However, if you had headaches before you struck your head or if you felt unusual fatigue/lethargy before the strike to the head then, with that history we wouldn't be able to link the symptoms to the trauma very well. Most cases of post-concussive injury resolve within several weeks to several months. Some persist for longer.

I understand you don't have insurance, however, in a major metropolitan area such as where you live there are always hospitals or urgent care facilities that treat indigent patients or those without insurance. In order to be absolutely sure that you're suffering from postconcussive syndrome you need to be examined by a doctor experienced in traumatic brain injuries to rule out other causes of your symptoms having to do with migraines and fatigue. In fact, as a headache specialist myself I always tell my patients that the first thing I always try and establish is EXACTLY WHAT TYPE of headache they are suffering from. Migraine headaches are very specifically diagnosed with certain symptoms and it is not uncommon for even doctors to mistake headaches that are only tension type for migraines and vice versa.

I hope this addresses your concerns and that you'll keep me in mind for future questions regarding these or other neurological/medical issues I may be able to help answer.

Brief Answer:
It's possible the headaches could be a bit worse but not easy to prove

Detailed Answer:
If your headaches are merely a bit more intense than usual but there are no other material changes in the headaches in terms of symptoms or other features of your pains then, I believe it is not as likely related to the concussion. Most post-concussive symptoms (including headaches) resolve within several weeks to several months. 6 months is a bit of a protracted time period for headaches to be related to the concussion event.

I hope this addresses your concerns and that you'll keep me in mind for future questions regarding these or other neurological/medical issues I may be able to help answer.
