Question : I have migraine , getting pain quite often, hair loss, weight gain. pimples,hat I need to do to come out of this?

First get treatment for migraine

Hi,

If you have multiple problems first take one at a time and find the solution for it. First get the treatment for most bothering problem. Suppose if it is migraine and headache you should get anti migraine prophylaxis from a neurologist. This will help you to take pain easily. This will help you work well. Vasograin helps in acute pain but prophyalxis helps to prevent occurence of pain. There are many alternatives like calcium channel blockers, anti anxiety medicines etc.

Hair loss, weight gain and pimples may be related. You should check if you have hormonal disturbances with the help of an Endocrinologist. Thyroid profile needs to be assessed.

Please take one at a time and your stress is adding fuel to the problems. Relax, meditate, be conscious about your problems and believe there are solutions.
