Suggest Treatment For Migraine Headache With Aura

Question: Hello. I'm a 50 year old female. The only medication I take is Thyroid, 75 mg. and vitamin D. I'm 5feet, 100 lbs. I've had in the past 2 1/2 months four episode of strangeness. 1st: Loss of words, could understand what was being said, but couldn't find words to respond well with, had difficulty finding sounds for certain letters, blurred vision, when looking at someone, half of face was shaved off. Lasted around 1 hour. 2nd: No vision problem, but could not find sounds to certain words, couldn't distinguish meaning between two particular words. Could talk fine. Lasted 10 minutes. 3rd: Couldn't tell which eye was having difficulty but saw bright light in a shape of a gear out of right eye primarily, could talk fine, couldn't distinguish the word 'three', but i thought it might be a 'three'. Lasted 15-20 minutes. 4 : Saw gear shaped light out of right corner of eye. Was talking fine. When going outside, the light became a red colored mountainous shaped, promptly leaving everything fine again. Faces of people were oblong shaped. Lasted 10 minutes. I've had mri, ct scan, aortic valve ultrasound, heart flow ultrasound, cornea specialist. All say tests are normal. No stroke, tia, no brain tumor, blockage, hemorrhage, no aneurysm. I have a severe headache after. No nausea, tingling, numbness, no slurred speech, no eye pain. I'm a mess. Thx XXXXXXX
