Brief Answer:
You should be treated

Detailed Answer:
Hi
thank you for trusting HCM
I read your query and understand your concern
In my opinion as you suffering recurrent attacks treatment should be based in two lines
First, attacks should be dominated by using triptans family ( sumatriptan, zomig)
Second, to decrease the frequency of attacks, treatment should be needed
Depachine, topiramate or amitriptyline are first line of treatment. All these are prescription drugs, so you will need to meet a GP for a prescription, but they will work.
Hope I have answered your question
Wish you good health
