Also, I went rafting XXXXXXX 27 and my hip hit a rock. It hurt for a few days, now, a week later, there is a 8 in by 4 in bruise, see photo. Since the pain has subsided, should I be concerned about it?

Detailed Answer:
I read your question carefully and I understand your concerns.
Now regarding treatment of migraine, unfortunately the main drugs to abort the pain which are non-steroid anti-inflammatory drugs (Advil), triptans and ergot derivatives all have potential interaction with Prozac.
So if looking for a interaction free product the only option left is acetaminophen. There are combinations with stronger potency like with caffeine (exedrin aspirin free) or with butalbital and caffeine (fioricet).
However, personally for an occasional use like in your case, I would go with Ibuprofen (Advil) honestly. Yes true that in combination with Prozac they increase somewhat each others effect which might be a problem in long term if you needed Advil daily, but for an occasional use I am confident it won't have any repercussions and it is a more proven drug for migraine. It is not a combination which is contraindicated, only cautioned to be monitored.
As for the bruise since you are not in any increasing pain which might indicate infection, I don't think you have reason to worry for now. Naturally it will take some weeks for the blood products to be absorbed, so the bruise will first start to change color and then diminish over the course of the next weeks.
I hope to have been of help.
