Take treatment as advised

Hello,
I have gone through your question and understand your concerns.
Migraine attacks usually last for 72 hours and if exceeds then is called status migrainosus.
The management of migraine attacks is either pain killers like Naproxen or Triptans like sumatriptan or Rizatriptan.
Prevention is an important part in migraine. You should avoid fasting, delaying meals, excessive tea or coffee or chocolate.
Take proper timely diet and adequate sleep.
The management of status migrainosus is different and require either divalproate loading or steroids.
