Since so many patients needing treatment there are NO appts open til March? I'm stressing my wife bad and its the holiday season? I almost keep think in its a dream...can't keep this up,any advice would be great! Thx for your time

Brief Answer:
Use Sibelium for Migraine.

Detailed Answer:
HI

Thanks for clarifications.

For your migraine I advise you to take Tablet Sibelium every night till further advise . With that , in few days your Migraine pain will come to control .

For acute Migrainous attack you can use a medication called Zolmitriptan which comes as a nasal spray and gives immediate relief from Migraine.

Coming to your Spine Problem I want to know the exact diagnosis , whether an MRI scan was done or not , if done kindly let me know the scan report.

You can try Physiotherapy of your neck which with time will give you significant relief.

Also I advise you to start Pregabalin instead of Gabapentin and use it daily .

You can consult any doctor ( not necessarily Pain specialist ) and ask for the above mentioned medications . These medications will give you lot of relief.

Also learn Yoga from a teacher and start doing it , you shall notice a tremendous improvement in your health.

Hope this information was useful to you.
Any clarifications feel free to ask .
