Brief Answer:
Seizures are a possibility.

Detailed Answer:

Hi,

With a normal MRI you can feel safe that there are no threatening issues like brain tumors, stroke etc involved, the MRI is the best test to detect brain lesions. There are primary headaches (actually the most common headaches) like migraine or tension type headache, with no evident origin for which only medication to alleviate symptoms is needed.

These brief periods of loss of time on the other hand in association with an abnormal EEG need to be carefully considered. I don't know what you mean precisely by abnormal EEG, but EEG is usually done for the possibility of seizures and the episodes of loss of time might represent short seizures with altered consciousness. So if such changes are confirmed on EEG then a a diagnosis of epilepsy may be made and antiepileptic medication considered (medication which happens to aid in migraine prevention as well, so may help in that direction as well).

Regarding the veering to the left, usually it is in the setting of brain lesions (again, excluded by MRI) or inner ear disorders so an inner ear issue may be considered. There would also be the possibility of seizures, but in the absence of any alteration of consciousness it wouldn't be likely.

Let me know if I can further assist you.
