                                            Question : Having mild abdominal pain upper right part of stomach all report attached is the treatment in right direction.

I have send you the reports.
Medical history:
a)suffering from IBS for last 15 years
b)if taken milk or milk related product having dysentry.
c)Latest:
Since 1st november 2014 suffering from nausea and vomit sensation dysentry 5-6 times a day which is controlled after having treated with refagut 200, mebiz sr and rekool l
but only problem is that mild pain or right abodomen just below chest for which Doc. prescribe
i) ultrasound which is normal
2) endoscopy which is normal
3) ct scan
4) colonoscopy
5) tsh-5.8 (taking no medicine)
6) taking medicine for bp last 6 years(concor am 5 once daily)
some of the report already uploaded for your reference.
motion is sticky and semi solid some time 2 times a day still.
Heaviness in stomach.
Lethargicness.
For last 2 days taking the medicine as below slight reduction in pain
Current medication after all the above diagnoses:
a) librax (mor--- even)
b)providoc(mor--- even)
is the medication in right direction.
Also what is the diet plan
