A mild AS and MVP are not a matter of actual serious concern.
Detailed Answer:
Hello!
Wellcome and thank you for asking on HCM!
Regarding your concern, I would like to explain that, as far as you are on clinical good conditions a mild aortic stenosis associated with MVP are not a matter of serious concern.
As they generally do not cause any daily physical limitations and if properly followed up, they will not lead to any cardiac complications.
You just need to discuss with your attending physician for a carefully scheduled periodic echocardiographic follow up (yearly fashioned advisable).
Please could you upload your ECG records for a professional review?
Hope to have been helpful!
Feel free to ask for any other questions whenever you need!
Greetings!
