Brief Answer:
Get evaluated

Detailed Answer:
Welcome to Healthcaremagic.
Hi, I am Dr Anshul Varshney , I have read your query in detail , I understand your concern.
The chest pain or discomfort that too on right side is mostly muscular or due to acid reflux.
However, it is always a wise decision to get cardiac evaluation done to be sure especially when there was prior heart diseaase.
In such case, if I would have been your treating doctor, i would have recommend for you an ECG and a Chest X-ray.
If they come out normal, you would require treatment for Muscular Chest pain as well as Acid reflux.
I advice a combination of Omeprazole and Domeperidone for acid reflux and OTC product like Digene gel for symptomatic relief.
Follow soft and bland diet to prevent acidity.
For muscular pain, you should apply Diclofenac containing ointment over the affected area and do chest fomentation with hot water bottle.
This should get relief with 5-7 days.
This is my personal opinion based on details available here. If you still have any other query, you may please ask me.
Stay Healthy.
