dizziness and nausea are not same in all pregnancy
Detailed Answer:
Hello dear,
I understand your worry. Dizziness is routinely seen in most of pregnant mothers, but the intensity varies amongst each other. We do see pregnant mother with severe persistent vomiting while some lead unchanged life during course of pregnancy.
The intensity of nausea and dizziness depend on hormone called Beta-HCG. In some individuals there might be exaggerated production of B-HCG which will cause hyper emesis and dehydration finally leading to dizziness. It's mostly seen in first pregnancy in many individuals. In subsequent pregnancies the effect of Beta HCG over body will come down due to tolerance. developed by over body.
So I feel you shouldn't be worried about pregnancy based on your symptoms alone. I suggest you to consider doing a review scan and Beta hCG testing. If beta hCG level and repeat scan are normal, then pregnancy is unlikely to be affected.
Hope this satisfies your query.

6 weeks pregnancy with no symptoms is normal
Detailed Answer:
Hello dear,
Usually symptoms of pregnancy start more or less at 6 weeks and continue till 12 to 20 weeks. The common symptoms are missed period, nausea, vomiting, breast tenderness and increased frequency of urination. All the symptoms are hormone dependent and once hormone levels gradually increase the symptoms appear.
But it varies in different people. Even though the hormone levels are normal a few people might not experience any or mild symptoms. And with same levels a few people might have excess symptoms.
So 6 weeks of pregnancy with no morning sickness or other symptoms is normal. You need not worry. However I do suggest you check beta hCG level and plan for regular ultrasound scan to know/monitor status of pregnancy.
Hope this satisfies. Feel free to ask any more queries.
Best regards....Dr srilatha
