Feels better today normal temperature for 24 hours however late this morning after showering her abdomen completely covered in red splotchy rash however no itching and rash in appearance only not raised bump area on skin. Her stomach still feeling "not quite right" following eating lunch, though nausea/vomiting passed. Please advise and thank you!

Brief Answer:
Hi, welcome to HCM, a rash can occur with any viral fever
Detailed Answer:
Hi, welcome to HCM, a rash can occur with any viral fever. But what you are describing is more of an urticaria. Could be due to Tylenol that is normally tolerated, but under conditions of fever and already mildly upset stomach, we can develop a reaction. Do try an OTC preparation for acidity and something like Fexofenadine for the rash. regards
