Suggest Treatment For Mild Head Pressure Sensations Very Early In The Morning, Recurrent Neck And Lower Back Pain

Question: I'm having mild, head pressure sensations, very early in the mornings and, only, in the early mornings, usually bet. 5 and 6 am. It wakes me up and I have to assume sitting position for about 1-3 hours. After that the pressure in my head subsides and I can resume sleeping for another hour or so. I often feel sleepy all day, but other than frequent runny nose, infrequent neck pain and lower back pain (when I pick up heavy load), - I don't have any complaints and, mostly, feel fine. It's been going on, now, for more than a year. My doctor suggested to change my pillow. I did. My symptoms persisted and the doctor, then, prescribed Benadryl. This medication made me very drowsy, in the past, and before I start taking it, I would like to have a second opinion from you, as to what kind of condition or illness it is, does it have a name, what should be done to find out, definitively, what causes it and how to get rid of it? My medical history can be summarized as following: Sinusitis in childhood, neck problems, bulging disks: L-4 and L-5. Ear infection 3 months ago. Thank you for your time and expertise.
