Brief Answer:
an upper respiratory tract infection...

Detailed Answer:
Hello,

this seems like an upper respiratory tract infection. Findings consistent with bacterial infection (which requires antibiotic treatment) include: enlarged and painful lymph nodes in the neck, fever, no cough, no runny nose/congestion. Clinical examination data are important for the diagnosis. Strep-throat (white patches on the tonsils) would help to diagnose tonsilitis. If there is no strep-throat then more data would be needed. Auscultatory findings and testing for neck rigidity are important to diagnose serious disorders (pneumonia, meningitis).

If it's just a viral infection it will get better by itself. Usually the lack of localized symptoms point to a viral etiology.

So in conclusion, you're probably having a viral infection of the upper respiratory tract. Clinical examination is important to confirm it. Since you're having a high fever, you'd better visit your doctor, just to be sure it's nothing serious.

Kind Regards!
