Brief Answer:
Tablet of Iron with vitamin C & folic acid

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thanks for writing to us.

I understand from your query that you have mild hypochromic anaemia.

Treatment is simple. Supplementation of Iron tablet with vitamin C and folic acid.
Greean leafy vegetables, beat root , dry fruits, jaggery are rich source of iron in food. Increase them in your diet.

Also need to search and treat the cause of anaemia also.

Provide me more detail so I can help you more.

What is your age and sex?

How did you come to know about your problem? Please upload/ write down your blood reports if you have.

Hope I have answered your query, I will be happy to help further.

Brief Answer:
it is ok dear, not much reduced, upload reports

Detailed Answer:
Hello,

I have just seen your other question regarding abortion. It is the reason of your anemia and reduced MCH- Mean Corpuscular Hemoglobin.
Yes it is mildly reduced.

Please let me know your complete blood count (CBC) report. After knowing your RBC and HB I can comment that only food supplement would be sufficient or tablets needed for treatment.

Take care.

Brief Answer:
Nothing to worry at all, take food with high iron content

Detailed Answer:
Hi XXXXXXX

Your blood reports are absolutely normal.

MCH is almost near normal. No need o worry at all.

Neurophil percentage is slight high but total WBC count is normal so no need to worry. Neutrophilia may be due to recent abortion. It will come to normal on its own.

Just include high iron containing foods in your diet as mentioned above. No need of any medicine right now.

Hope I have answered your query. If still any query there, I will be happy to answer. If not, you can close the discussion and if feasible give your feedback so I can improve service. In future you can contact me directly if you wish with this link: http://bit.ly/drchintansolanki
