Brief Answer:
Analysis of blood reports of routine health check-up

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

Thank you for your query. I can understand your concerns.
I have gone through the blood reports of your wife. She has mild iron deficiency anemia. Her serum lipase value is marginally high, where as serum amylase level is within normal range. You can repeat serum lipase again at a later date. Her serum lipid profile,Thyroid function tests are normal. Her Liver function tests and renal function tests are also normal .
She is not diabetic as her HbA1c is normal.
She needs iron supplements with any preparation of oral ferrous sulfate. She should take green leafy vegetables regularly , as it is good source of iron. Also any excessive flow during her periods is to be inquired,as it may be the cause of her iron deficiency.
