Brief Answer:
Over the counter pain reliever will be enough.

Detailed Answer:
Hello and thanks for your query.

I shall make an effort to provide you with good professional recommendations specific to your questions.
It can be due to Standing on a hard surface for a long time, sitting for a long time, or putting your legs in awkward positions while you sleep. Exposure to cold temperatures, Exercising, etc. In care of any of these factor are present, do avoid them for week or so.

I would suggest you to stretch the muscle, massaging will be helpful. Take an over-the-counter pain medicine, such as acetaminophen or ibuprofen for two to three days, you will be fine.

Yet , again I duly appreciate your query to me, I do hope that have found something useful to help you and I shall be glad to answer any further apprehensions.
