Question : I am a 78 year old male in very good health. I have mild psoriasis in a couple areas of my body, not on the face. My skin tends to be dry. Should I be using a skin lotion? If so, can you recommend a brand. Thanks.

It is important that you keep your skin as much mousturised as possible.
I would recommend you to use moisturising lotion like cetaphil moisturising lotion or moisturex soft lotion on the entire body times twice in a day.
