Brief Answer:
You need to take both medicines

Detailed Answer:
Hello

My name is Dr Muhammad Ali Rauf & i will look into your problem.

I have gone through your query and would try to help you in the best possible way. You need to take both medicines because wellbutrin is an anti-depressant given to treat your depression and armodafinil is a stimulant for treatment of sleep apnea. So i would suggest you to take both drugs in dosage as advised by your treating physician. Following general measures will help to improve your quality of life:

> Avoid being alone. keeping a good company helps our thoughts to be away from bad and sorrowful ones
> try to reduce weight (in case you are overweight)
> Go for a 30-45 mins walk in the evening. It will make you fresh & improve the depression.
> try to discuss your problems with family members or close friends. This will make you lighter.
> Avoid alcohol 4-6 hrs before bedtime.
> Keep regular followup with your treating psychiatrist so that he can keep an eye on your status & can prescribe you necessary treatment/alter it from time to time.

Hope I have answered your query. If you have any further questions I will be happy to help if not then don't forget to close the discussion and rate it.
Wishing you good health !!

Brief Answer:
Continue with armodafinil in that case

Hello

Thank you for getting back with the query. In that case i would suggest you to go with armodafinil. If you do not see an improvement in symptoms then you can discuss with your treating psychiatrist to add wellbutrin as well in your prescription.
